Concrete is a long-life material that fails quickly when it is poured on a poorly-prepared base, finished in the wrong weather, or specified at the wrong strength. We don't cut those corners. Every job starts with the base, not the truck.
The make-or-break step
Compacted base, properly graded, with falls for drainage. Reinforcement mesh or bar sized to the load. Formwork set true. This is what determines whether a slab lasts thirty years.
Right mix, right weather
Concrete strength specified to the job — 25 MPa for a driveway, 32 MPa for a commercial slab, structural where needed. We watch the weather window and reschedule rather than pour into a storm.
The finish you asked for
Broom, trowel, exposed aggregate, stamp pattern, or coloured — finished to spec. Then properly cured. We come back the next day to check it set right.

Properly prepared base
Most concrete failures start with the base, not the concrete. We compact, level, and check falls before the truck arrives. It is the difference between concrete that lasts and concrete that cracks in five years.
Written, itemised quote
Materials, labour, removal of any existing concrete, and waste disposal — all listed. No "extras" added on the day. If the scope genuinely changes, we agree it in writing before we proceed.
Reinforcement done right
Mesh or bar sized to the load and properly elevated off the base on bar chairs — not pushed up halfway through the pour, which is how most "reinforced" driveways actually end up unreinforced.

Honest about timing
Concrete needs the right weather. If we say "we'll be there Tuesday", we're there Tuesday — or we've called you Monday afternoon to reschedule because rain is forecast for our pour window.

Day-after check that the slab cured cleanly. Six-month free inspection on driveways and slabs. If there's a workmanship issue, we fix it — without argument.
